tried that dont work any other suggestion ?

Hi folks, can anyone help before i take it in to Citroen, have a c5 and the remote central locking has decided to pack up. Have checked fuses and changed the battery inside the remote, still not working. Can anyone suggest where else to look for the fault, am not very good with cars.
