    Thank you!! I've searched everywhere trying to find out this out......such a simple job but all a bit daunting when one wrong move can end up costing hundreds of pounds!! Thanks again. I'll give it a try tomorrow

    Thanks for that. Is there any particular way to "flip off" the fascia surround? It doesn't appear too willing to co-operate! Will it crack and i'll need to get a new one anyway?

    My 2002 C5 has swallowed a Cd which it refuses to spit out and only very occasionally will recognise and play :unsure: Can anyone please tell me how I can remove the head unit with a view to either repairing or replacing it. If I need a new unit are there any particular models which are compatible?
