  1. Just got a 2013 tourer and it's noticeably noisier in the tyre department than my old C5 (2004 saloon). I found on the saloon tyre noise could be very greatly reduced - to the point you didn't need to turn the radio up on rough roads - with Pirelli P7 tyres, which also gave far better wet weather performance than the Michelins. The new tourer has different tyres front and rear (neither particularly good makes), so will be changed as soon as my wallet recovers from buying the car. I'll let you all know how P7s do on this one.
  2. The price is a bit silly, especially for what is a rather primitive system. You probably have the RT5 or RT6 unit on a 2012 car, if you hop over to gpsunderground.com you will find lots of resources for these systems. if you've not yet identified it there are resources to help with that too. Obviously, using a pirated set of maps is illegal so I can't recommend it. Personally, I just got a Brodit mount and put a TomTom next to the unit and that way I get proper traffic rather than the rather primitive RDS-TMC, speed cameras and map updates for life for just a bit more that Here want for 1 year of map updates. The satnav screen can then be used for properly displaying music track titles for my passengers ;-)
  3. Hi all, My love of Citroen started with my grandad's DS21 in 1967, followed by an Ami 8 in 1969. My cits (having borrowed a few previously but never managed to own one), started with a Xantia, then two C5 saloons, followe by current love, a C5 X7 estate. With the discontinuing of hydractive, this may be my last daily use one :-(
