]After taking the top rubber mount off half the rubber was missing (the black balls and a chuck itself and the black lip was under the frame work itself so gonna ask my mate again after getting 2 replacement parts Hopefully this will sort it then i can get a reasonable price for it The rubber on this on my car is missing a chuck

Had the car to another garage for a third opinion and there priced the bearing's and rubber mount up at £193 plus £45 tracking and there suspect the driver's side bearing has gone also, there had the car for 2 hours so all in at £419 The car is now listed locally on gumtree as spares or repair thanks for the opinion anyway but i know i can get a car with 12 months MOT for the money it will cost it repair that and my MOT in June

I recently have a broken spring driver's side so got both side replaced by a mobile mechanic and now have a knocking noise when driving, went and got 2 different garages to check his work out - both said there don't want to to fixing other people's work as usual. Anyway told and spoke to a few of the lads at work and there noticed what the garages didn't - the rubber mount's at the top of the strut's where missing which i knew where there before hand. How do i identify the part number for these? Also noticed the prise centre dust caps for the centre bolt is missing and the anti roll bars rubber is twisted whic he replaced also - do these need bushed? Some say yes others say no My car is a c3 2003 model 5 door desire 1.4 Thanks
