Twitching Left

My Citroen Xsara 1.8i 16V twitches to the left when turning right at speed. Well this is more noticeable at speed and overtaking. There is no leaking from the shock absorber, the spring is in tact, there is no play in the wheel bearing. There looks like a tiny amount of grease seepage from the bottom ball joint. My normal day to day journeys involve a few speed ramps and pot holed roads. My suspicion is the bottom ball joint but I just need to get clarified as I don't want to spend lots of money changing unnecessary parts. The bottom ball joint, on this set-up looks as if it just bots off without changing the wishbone.

 

Any ideas or confirmations?
