Eloundabelle Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Has anyone out there had problems with the windows on C4 Grand Picasso. This is our 2nd Grand Picasso and in both cars the windows wind down but only go back up after a struggle. Any pointers would be gratefully accepted Quote
Johndouglas Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Hello and welcome to the forum. When you say "but only go back up after a struggle", how do you mean. That they only go up in small stages on the switch, or you have to take hold of them and pull them up. Tell us more? Meanwhile, have a look at post 3 in http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/20461-boot-lock-not-locking/It might just be a solution for your trouble. Quote
john h Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I have one rear passenger electric window that has stopped working [2008 c4 1.6 hdi], no response from either door switch, this first came to light when I was test driving the car and the garage did a fix but it has failed again, any pointers to locate the fault, don't think its a fuse prob as other windows work fine. Johndouglas Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Check the wiring in the bellows where it enters the car near to the hinge. Also remove the switch for testing. Quote
Grandc4 Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 I seem to have a bit of a problem with my 2011 grand c4. I have the button down to stop the kids from playing with there windows at the back, and some times when I go to put there's up, it doesn't come up. So I have to push down the button I use to lock the back windows up and down and then try again and it normally works. But it is a bit of a pain haha Quote
john h Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Does the rear switch receive its power from the drivers switch assembly ? and are there wiring sockets where the 'bellows' are on the doors ? Quote
