mrmungy Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Is it possible to replace a bulb on the centre display (the one that shows the temperature, mpg, radio station etc) as one side of mine doesn't light up when I put the ignition key in. I have seen a video about replacing the unit, but from the video, I couldn't see if you could get to a bulb. Thanks in advance for any advise Quote
paul.h Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Haynes shows there are 3 bulbs at the back of the unit that can be replaced after it has been removed (prise up the lower edge of the surround and pull it towards you. Then undo the display screws to remove it). Quote
mrmungy Posted December 10, 2014 Author Posted December 10, 2014 Thank you for that, I will enquire at my local spares shop about the bulbs. Quote
paul.h Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 The Haynes manual does not give the bulb type so you may need to remove one first to be able to get a replacement to match. Quote
