Hey guys, so i managed to run into a pole with like 5 mph and booped my girlfriends 2017 c1 3door

i wanted to do it through body repair garage but they quoted around 2 grand and like a month or 2 of waiting time which is a tad bit ridiculous

i found a decent wing same colour even same year as hers but its from a 5 door c1 question is whether there are any differences between the 3 door and 5 door version driver side wing/fender?

Thanks in advance!

Going by this ad the front wing is the same for the 3 and 5 door versions for both sides of the car..

Around £2k seems a lot for just a front wing replacement, however, we had a 2011 C4 that needed a new bonnet and around 6 years ago that was about £900 painted and put on by the Citroen body shop. Fortunately it was done under warranty since the paint was bubbling - otherwise I would have painted the old one myself. It might be for your C1 there is a bit of extra repair work than just putting on a new wing and painting it but since it will save a lot I would also be doing it myself.

It is worth the bother of having the Citroen paint checks done to maintain the paint warranty. The first is done at just before 4 years old and then every 2 years. The dealer will do the check for about £30 and stamp the Maintenance and Warranty book. This is how the C4 was covered, the bonnet started to bubble at 4 years old. The same happened on the second C4 we had and that also had a new bonnet put on under warranty.

Thanks for the quick reply, yeah there are additional bumper/wing brackets and a headlamp to swap since the olds one plastic case is broke aswell but thats an easy fix,

the brackets were the worrying part but my own mechanic told me he can get them and will install all the parts for like a 100£ so im considering myself lucky, all and all the parts come out to like 300£ still got 1400 for paint and additional bits and bobs that come up there. The main issue was the waiting time really.
