Mark Fyfe 0
Hello All - I have recently refurbished a 1959 2CV AK400 Fourgonette - All gone very well and back on the road wizzing around and getting looks at every corner however a puzzling problem remains all the lights on the vehicle work BUT the lights on the left hand side all seem to be half as bright as the right from headlight, tail lights and break lights I have replaced all of the bulbs just in case but to no avail, I have also checked all lamps are earthed so just can't work this one out at all ... being a new owner are the vehicles sided electrically and am I missing something obvious .. any suggestions welcomed Edited April 6 by Mark Fyfe
paul.h 322
I do not know what the cause is but I would check the voltage on both sides at the bulbs to see if they are the same whilst the lights are on. Doing it without any load would not help since you are checking to see if there is a voltage loss possibly due to a poor connection/fuse or damaged/broken wire.
