First step is to remove the dust cover from the caliper and take out the old pads.

Before you take the caliper off the swinging arm, Bolt the two halves back together with the bolt which holds on the dust cover. This should mean you don't have to bleed the brakes when you're done. Be carefull not to strain the pipe.

The bolt you mean has a "pin" protruding from it which will help to locate the wheel when you put it back on. This is not really neccessary and can be replaced with a standard countersunk screw. If the bolt won't come out try a pair of "Mole" grips and, while working it from side to side tap the end with a hammer. This will jolt the thread and it may come out. If you shear it off it's not a problem as the wheel bolts hold everything in place when it's all together again. If it's really stuck, grind it off flush with the old disc and drill the remains out. If you're carefull, and use a 5mm drill, you may be able to run a 6mm tap down the hole and resurrect the thread. As I said before it's not really important but if you want to have the "Pin" you can get them from Citroen for a modest fee.

If you have a look at my "blog" at http://my.opera.com/Brecknaheim/blog/ you will find a pdf of the procedure.

Cheers. Hope this helps.
