Guest Gra Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 I have a 51 plated C5. For the last few months I have had the temperature warning light remain lit for about the first 10 miles before it goes out. The fluid level is correct and has not been going down. Anybody got any ideas? I tried wiggling the wires close to the top of the bottle thinking that it may be a problem with the connection to what I would imagine is the sensor but that hasn't doen anything. Thanks Gra Quote
Johndouglas Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 I had this trouble on our Xsara. Five minutes after starting the engine, the system beeped and the warning light came on, stayed on for several minutes, then went off. A change of sender unit solved the problem. Quote
