hadland6 Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Hi could anyone be able to tell me where the central locking relay is located? as the Haynes manual is useless, the relay which is located next to the handbrake is the seatbelt pre-tensioners and im unsure if this the relay for the central locking too? It is a 1998 1.9d. the central locking is completly dead and dosnt work for the fob or the key, started to lock and unlock the tailgate on its own then just completly packed up.Thanks Mark Quote
techbod Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 data doesn't say if it has a relay and the thing near the gear stick is the central locking control module ensure all the plugs are tight and clean ( has any water got in there ) spilled coke/tea, the fact the central locking is working says the fuses are ok Quote
