Xantia Courtesy Light Switches?

The Map Reading Lights work on my 1999 Xantia but neither of the courtesy lights do and I can't work out where the switches are.

Any sugestions would be very much appreciated.

They used to be pin switches in the pillars on the MK1 Xantias, but I beleive they were built into the door lock mechanism on MK2s which also had a "Door Open" warning on the dash.

 

They worked on all 4 doors on my 1998 LX 110 Hdi. Try spraying switch cleaner or WD40 or similar into the locks while working them on and off. Failing that you'll need to take them out and clean them up or replace them.
