fixed it / was the air temperature control geared motor shaft of the air control flap has broken up

I've exactly the same fault!

 

Please can you give me some idea of which part I need, and where the servo is located. I presume it is on the left hand side of the large unit - I seem to be able to get to most of it after taking out the glove box. Can't work out how to remove the lower plastic trim.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
