52 Citroen C5 Hdi For Sale

Hi All

 

Have a citroen C5 2.0lx HDI on 52 reg. It has long MOT and tax till end of the month. I bought it 2 weeks ago for £1300. It has all usual stuff and i'm sure u all know the spec. All electrics and suspension etc works well without any problems. suspension all ok. I have had the glow plugs, battery, starter motor, fuel filter just replaced and have spent a lot of money. has alloys and 4 new tyres

 

The car has 1 problem. It starts and drives very good with good mpg. once started it is fine and can be driven anywhere. I am using it everyday.When left for 15-20 min it will not start again. Currently I start it by bump starting or using easy start. If you read the threads in this section on citroen C5 starting problems you will find out more info.

 

I am not a mechanic and could be very simple fix for someone here who knows what they are doing. It has cost me nearly £1500. I work as a teacher and do not have the time to take it to garages to get it fixed. I am looking to get atleast the cost price back (£1300). I am sure it will be an easy fix for someone here (You can make even more on parts if u have the time).

 

I have just applied for the logbook. Could sell it to someone without telling them about the fault but trying to be honest. PLZ let me know if anyone interested.
