Headlamp top side lights not working

My sons 63 plate just failed MOT on lights 8 lights weren’t working sorted some but the headlamp top side lights won’t work changed bulbs still not working. Does anyone know which fuse is for them, he also has the LED lights on the bumper below the headlights they aren’t working either is there a fuse for these and which fuse are they. He needs them sorted to get MOT any help will be appreciated.

Help! Engine Management Light Came On

Hi wonder if anyone can help me my engine management light just came on as I was driving home from work and message displayed on screen said engine fault repair needed. I've looked it up and apparently its an emissions system fault, I have a 2011 C4 1.6 and I don't know if this is something serious or if its still drivable for now? Kinda scared its going to blow up on me :unsure: any advice would be greatly received as I haven't got a clue and have had bad experiences with garages ripping me off so I'm reluctant to go rushing in with it. Thank you!!

Abs Light

My ABS Light never comes on. I have the 1.6 vtr+ on an 08 plate. I have the pod thing that sits on top of dash. How do you get into it to see if there is a bulb?i even disconnected an ABS Sensor but still nothing lights up. All help appreciated. Thanks

Heater Motor Problem

Hi. I'm new to this so forgive the mistakes. I have a 07 plate c4 grand picasso vtr+ 1.6 hdi. When i bought it the heater would only blow in the back. i was told to clear the traps in the inner wings but this had no effect. Now the weather is wet ish the windscreen fogs up as soon as i get in. The car has the digital screens on both sides for the climate control. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Spare Tyre

My C4 Picasso VTR+ spare wheel has a 50 mph sticker on it,but the tyre has exactly the same markings as the other four tyres,eg speed /weight/size etc. Although the wheel is marked use at max 50 mph,is it in order to do normal speeds with this combination of wheel(steel) and tyre?

Hi everyone, I bought a 2012 grand c4 grand Picasso yesterday, paired it with my iPhone 7 plus no problem, however I'm stuck on how I'm going to play music from my iPhone to the stereo?

The new iPhone 7plus doesn't have a headphone jack now as it uses the bit where you plug it in to charge it, so it seems I can't Bluetooth music on it either and seems to only let you Bluetooth the phone part??? I'm stuck and desperate for help? Can anyone give me some advice please xxxx

Anti Pollution Fault

I have had the C4 Picasso 1.6 petrol for about 18 months now . Of late there is alarm that says anti pollution system is faulty . After a while the car becomes sluggish , I have had it reset several times and after last servicing it gave me about 2 months and we are back to the same.

What is the way out ?

Rear Wash Coming Out Small Side Window

Hi. I noticed that my rear wash was coming out of the small rear side window instead of travelling to the rear windscreen outlet. I took it to a garage and he took off the side panel and found there was a split in the wiring causing the water to come out there. My thing is. I cant figure out how to get access to that panel? I'm pretty sure he just pulled it off, but I don't want to force it. Can't see any screws either. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks

i have no voltage at the 12v point (cigarette lighter)

i have checked all fuses and all ok.

i've taken the centre consol out and checked about but nothing appears wrong

I'm at a loss as to what to do next.

Hi all, I am new to the forum and I am glad I find you. I have bought a new Grand picasso 2016 model and I am so far happy with all the options that comes with the exclusive plus. One of the options however is the advised speed (see attached), but I haven't figured out how to activate it. I presumed it will check signs of speed limit and display it in the dashboard. Does anyone here know how to do it? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

C4 Vti+ Petrol Auto 3 1/2 Years Old Engine Problems

Hi there everyone in expert world. Had my Citroen C4 for about 9 months now. Been very pleased with it, no issues whatsoever until last week. Just over 35k

Last week, drove 1 mile. Judder, got warning engine icon. On diagnostic check Misfire on 4 - took it to a mechanic. diagnosis -Spark plug was going, he replaced it and all was good... for 2 days. Did another 150 miles. Then on day 3, driving along engine slowed to a halt, lot of heat being given off. Left it for a while. Coolant area was empty. Had checked that and oil days before.Left it to cool a bit and added some water gradually. Added more. After about an hour the engine started first time. but had called out recovery. Had added 7 litres of water by then.

Recovery came out, checked oil. Milky, water in the engine area mixing with the oil. Recovered back home.

I started it when I got back today, started first time. Only ran it for about 10 seconds. Water resevoir was empty. With the engine not running, so not under pressure, added more water to the coolant resevior. After putting in about 5 litres of water I can see it is running straight into the engine somehow. The milky liquid is now at top of engine and if I added more water to the coolant resevoir it would spill out.

A head gasket was my first thought. But, it starts first time and had no drop in pressure up until the point it stopped. Any ideas please?

Hi I have a c4 hatch 2012 ehdi egs recently it started giving me problem with the start stop Eco drive when I come to a hault at lights or in trafic it goes in Eco mode and doesn't start up when realising the brake it makes a squke sound and stalls I have to restart it again to move forward please is there anyone who can help me with this issue very desperate to resolve it thanks

Hi there. This is my first post and I'm very glad this forum exists. Thanks to all who make it happen.

I bought my first Citroen about a year ago, a 59 plate C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 Hdi VTR+. I have been very happy with it - comfortable, reliable, and versitile. A month or two ago I began to notice a problem with the revving. I would be travelling along at a constant speed (usually happens at lower speeds sub 50mph) and then the car would stutter and hesitate. If I deployed the clutch and coasted along the engine would return to idle revs but would fluctuate up and down without me touching the accelerator pedal.

It happens about once a week and after I arrive at my destination the next journey is usually problem free. I've not had it happen on the motorway, just when driving around town. I've not yet taken to a garage as it doesn't happen constantly and it would be guaranteed not to do it when a mechanic took it for a test drive! :-) Any advice please? Cheers. Glenn

Major Issues With Jan'12 Citroen C4 E-Hdi Airdream Exclusive 5 Doo

Since new ie over the past 3 years, I have had 2 major problems with the C4 e-HDi Airdream Exclusive.

1. On at least 8 occassions the EGS box has failed to change gear from neutral to drive leaving the car stranded. It does eventually reseit itself but this can take upto 30 min.

2. the 17" Pheonix Alloys have suffered with corrosion & pitting (see attached pictures). Over the 3 years it has had 5 sets of alloys under warrenty all for the same reason. The corrosion is located on the morror finish section of the wheel located next to the citroen centre badge.

Now the car is out of warrenty Customer Service at Citroen say no other customers have reported such faults and the alloy wheel problem is not a manufacturing defect but a result of external influences and refuse to replace them.

Has anyone on the Forum had these problems?

C4 Gp Exclusive + Active Radar Cruise Control

I have just taken delivery of my new car had the standard specification of Cruise Cbtrol with active Radar Guided Cruise Control. I was looking forward to trying this feature out but could not find the setting on the screen to activate it. I went to my local Citroen dealer and they discovered after about 60 mins that this feature was removed from the standard exclusive + pack from 1 May 2015 and is now an option on the serenity pack. I ordered this car at the beginning of May that was in stock, the interesting thing is Citroen takes 3 months to make a car from order, also Citroen still have on-line contradicting this option, this will have to go top level, either the system can be rectified by a software update or I will request a replacement car. 3 years ago I bought the previous model with EMy Way that last minute Citroen decided to remove the post code input feature, it seems that Citroen have for the second time changed a feature last minute thus causing a lot of inconvenience to the customer. I will post an update soon !
