On buying the van the dealer advised the service intervals were 25000miles or 2 years. However I can not find any maintenance schedule in the manual or service book. Am I missing a book or can I find this somewhere else?

I also believe I may have a fault which needs attention and I'm wondering if anybody could help diagnose this. Occasionally on starting the engine and pulling away the van sounds like a milk float in first gear or until about 10mph. This doesn't always happen and I'm trying to figure out he conditions it occurred in. It is however happening around once a week and really doesn't sound right. I'm guessing it could be the oil pump and the noise is metal rubbing on metal?

Thanks for your help.

Ems

Went to my despatch 1.6 diesel van

Tried to start - nothing

Plenty of battery (all lights lit up)

Engine Management System Faulty displayed

Any advise would be appreciated

Running Issues

I managed to safely stop, handbrake works fine.

Anyway, I put it down to my error or something, as seemed to work again fine. Next day, literally out of the blue, happened again. Not wanting to take the risk, I took van to garage.

They checked it, and said it was the master cylinder, as there where no leaks they could see etc. Anyway, master cylinder changed, a new caliper (as bleed nipple broke on old one) rear cylinder was changed as weeping).

I took the van back out, plodding along, bit nervous but seemed to be fine. Anyway, came up to a junction, applied the brakes, and there was nothing? So am totally stuck now, don't want to drive the van as don't want to risk an accident, but don't know what else it could be?

Please would anybody be kind enough to possibly shed some light. I bought the 1.9, as seemed to be a pritty straight forward no-nonsense type van, but am baffled and worried on what could be wrong.

Windscreen Washer Pump

Hi. I've just discovered the screen washers don't work on my 2015 Dispatch. I'm hoping its just the fuse that's blown. When I press the stalk in the cab to activate the washers, nothing happens, I can not hear the pump working either. The fuse box is not very easy to get to. And it appears impossible to fully remove the lid to enable you to view the box properly. Anyway, I have an image in my owners manual of the fuse box, but its not printed very clearly, so I can not work out which of the fuses belongs to the washer pump. Anybody know which is the correct fuse. I can't find any other diagrams and I don't want to just take out and inspect all the 10 amp fuses because they are all difficult to get too. Any help would be appreciated.
