It is often remarked that people sometimes resemble their dogs . Does this also apply to Avatars?

 

For instance your avatar resembles an ageing and rather follically challenged illustration with an aquiline nose.

 

If you are currently unwell, may one assume this is a mirror image as you do appear rather icterical.?

In answer to your question, no, it's all me. The Avatar image is in fact a fine likeness and relects my better side. I prefer using this to a photogravure as the latter tends to have harsher contrast and lacks definition.

 

As for the nose, I like to think of it more Caesarian than aquiline (and before any jokey-monkey amongt the forum members thinks of penning a joke about me and women's conditions - think again. The legal eagles are perched and watching.) This is particularly relevant as we are in a Forum. Quick, Smithers - another pun!
