Have you tried MORE THAN?

Max NCB passed on by Direct Line was 5 years. Surprised when More Than investigated and found I actually had 13 years proven NCB.

Full Comp. Protected NCB. Courtesy car. Free breakdown included home and European. Personal named helper

Last renewal April last year, aged 69, £312. Previous year, if I remember, £301.

2006 2.0 HDi 90 bhp Desire.

Hi new to the forums...I can't drive but the wife does we had a Chrysler Neon 2.0L 52 plate before our xsara picasso. Wife has 6 years NCB shes 42 years old and the insurance with monthly payments for the Chrylser was about £72 this inc the usual stuff £150 excess, recovery, protected NCB and excess protection.

Got this Xsara Picasso 57 plate Desire 1.6i 110bhp the insurance seems to have gone up compared to the Chrylser, £78 a month for this car £6 more we figured it might have been a lot cheaper smaller engine and insurance group but I guess not. Not sure if this is because its an MPV or not.

this was of course staying with the same company infact we she first rang up they quoted £107 a month, however when she called the next day after searching for a different insurance company she rang the thinking of leaving and they managed to get it down to £78 with the same stuff...cheapest on search engine was £60 a month but that didn't get great right ups when something went wrong

Just got quoted £122 Kwik Fit 48 years old 11K miles per year 13 years NCB SWMBO on policy too. Rural Fife postcode helps. Prices certainly seem to be down on last year. Literally dozens of quotes below £150.
