2.0hdi front squeak and rear lock

Hi everyone just new to the forum and need some help with my 2.0hdi , I have just had my front n/s wheel bearing replaced and now have a constant squeak/squealing sound from the same wheel which is there constantly , brake pads and discs are both relatively new so not sure what can be causing the noise ,, and the next problem is the rear o/s door won't lock I have tried taking the lock out and putting it on the n/s door and it works fine then when I put it back it won't work so I'm guessing at a wiring fault but don't know where to start ,, any help much appreciated.
