Mohammed Saeed al-Shahaf Posted April 12, 2003 Posted April 12, 2003 Dear Mister B I am the Iraqi Information Minister, you may be familiar with my regular updates and tv appearances which the corrupt western press have compared to a comedy show. I beleive we have much in common. In the glory of Allah we Iraqi's have achieved a great victory over the marauding dogs who dared to invade our country. The war criminals Blair and Bush are not worthy to be beaten with an old shoe, as we set a fire in their black bellies that will burn forever as a symbol of the great Arabic struggle over the white faced infidels. Never again will they dare set foot on our territory after the lesson we have taught them. Iraq is an example to the whole Arab world how to stand up for human rights, prudent fiscal management and the brave and heroic resistance of our glorious army, many of whom are now martyred. Surely I could run your power station with this record, rather than by your own example likened to a bacon factory in Tel Aviv? What advice have you for me? Quote

What advice have you for me? My advice is be very careful, by all means express your opinion and discuss specific points. This is not a stage or a Soap Box, Please be very careful not to offend or make personal attacks on people because they dont share your views. Iraq was warned that Mr Hussein would be removed if he didn't comply. Iraq has been liberated not invaded. Iraqi people are dancing in the streets & are celebrating this man's downfall, welcoming US/UK Troops with open arms. Quote
MisterB Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 WITHOUT PREJUDICE (TRANSLATED FROM THE ARABIC OF COURSE) FROM THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF THE BURNS CORPORATION Please note that Mr Burns is unable to respond to the above question. Due to various business activities within the Middle East, it would be imprudent for Mr Burns to pass any comment that might cause offence or inflame the opinion of any person, living or dead, within that geographic region. Also, Mr Burns has a yellow streak the width of a baboon's backside and would not wish to find himself being stoned to death whilst buried up to his neck in Iraqi sand. Quote
Maggie Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 Iraq has been liberated not invaded. I trust that is your personal opinion. Others might suggest otherwise. Quote
Bizarre Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 I appreciate that this thread is meant in jest but I think the moderators would do well to close/delete it immediately. It is very offensive. And I would support Maggie in her question to Joe. Quote

Those Iraqi people looked liberated to me, they've been set free of Saddam Hussein. I'd say the Iraqi people will be much better off in the long run and not many invaders take aid with them and them help them rebuild the country? Quote
MisterB Posted April 16, 2003 Posted April 16, 2003 ...It is very offensive. WITHOUT PREJUDICE (SIC ARABIC TRANSLATION) FROM THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS SUB-DIVISION OF THE LEGAL DIVISION OF THE MIDDLE EASTERN AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE BURNS CORPORATION.
