C5 Radio Help

[CITROEN-NUTS]

Ok Just got my C5 about a week ago and just noticed that the radio dosn't seem to get any reception almost like the antena was out so checked that but still no joy then swithced from Cd to tuner and it worked fine even with RDS for a while then lost it agin

 

Is this perhaps a fault with the radio if so I might just fit an aftermarket one

 

Can anyone advise

Hi Jay,

 

had the same problem mine was caused deu to the factthe gagrage were i bougth it second had had removed

the carkit and not isolated the remaining wires. after installing/isolating the wires/new carkit it wasworking fine.
