    Hi A bit late but have just solved a similar problem. It was related to the child lock you have to unlock it manually a real fiddly job but it solved my problem

    Try to get three in one onto mechanism through hole under handle etc. If you msnsge to open oil the mechanism that is accessable

    Try 3 in 1 oil wherever you can on the mechanism through holes wnatever
