i have a 2002 c5 and the auto headlamps just come on at random even in braod daylight, the button on the end of the stalk no longer works so im not able to switch them to manual. Does anyone know of a way to disconect them or a cheap fix? Thanks Keith

i have an 02 c5 and the headlamps do the same i.e switch on and off at will, there is a switch on the end of the headlamp stalk which you push in for for about 2 seconds and this used to turn the headlamps from auto to manual (this make work for you), this no longer works! so they are stuck on auto. does anyone else have any idea i.e disconnect a wire? many thanks for your detailed reply i have been in contact with a company near to me who will remap the ecu for 70quid, but like you they recomend a clutch change, cam belt change and brake upgrade. so i think the total cost would prob be near to 700quid which is a little more than i wanted to pay. many thanks again for taking the time to reply Keith

I have a 2002 citroen c5 2.2 hdi 136hp, im interested in chipping the engine to produce 173hp. i have seen the kits on the net and they look quite easy to fit, has anyone fitted one of these kits and is there any problems or do and donts? Thanks Keith

can anyone tell me what tool i need to remove the c5 sump plug (2004 2.2 hdi) and at what milage the pollen filter needs changing thanks keith

I have just purchased a 2002 c5 hatch back which has parking sensers in the rear bumper, im looking to fit a towbar in the next few weeks can any tell me if a standard (fixed) towbar is ok to or will it affect the parking senser? if this is the case i will have to purchase a removable ball hitch which are almost twice the price :( Thanks Keith
