Hi mate im having the same problem with my 2001 xsara vts. Last year i replaced both driver's and passenger's window motors, at a price of £180 each. I thought it was down to old motors and never thought nothing of it at the time, but 6 month on my driver's side window has come across the same problem again and needs sorting. This leads me to think that the window motors are s### or the motors have a fault, im looking into the mater as we speak, if i find out a solution i'll let you know.
