Robin Hood

Hello all. Purchased a C1 last week. The car is just over a year old but there are a couple of problems. The exhaust seems like it is blowing. Citroen have told me it is not blowing, and informed me there is a modification to secure the exhaust to stop the noise under warranty. I have heard other readers say they have experienced problems with loose baffles. Can anyone confirm, or have any other owners experienced the same? In addition, am I correct by saying that all Citroen exhausts are covered by the 3 year warranty? If so, any literature to support this would be greatly appreciated. I also have a very squeaky drivers seat. Is this a known problem too? Apart from that I am delighted. Your help is much appreciated.
