did you lie about your renewal qoute and if you did what did you do when they asked for a copy of it as i have just got my policy in the post and they whant a copy

hi i have just put a new radio in my c5 but when i turn of the ignition the radio stays on does any body know how to fix this even if i turn the radio off it keeps telling me to put the code back in like it the power just put on
