Hi Did you have any luck getting your heater fixed? I have a 53 plate C8 2.2HDI excl and I am expereincing exactly the same problems. Namely, intermittent heater blower constantly going on and off, with no ability to control, and heater display that has frozen and no longer displays anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
