Hi Kron One of my suspension springs failed on September 8th 2006,I have previously had the recall fitted by the dealer, it seems that the warantee has been extended on the springs as I am told it will be fixed under warrantee although my car is over 3 years old.I have not yet got an agreement as to whether both springs are replaced or not.Your dealer is giving you the runaround ask him to sign a document taking full responsibility for any injury resulting from spring failure.
