Thanks Colin . Since this posting I have been on the search.Internet & Citroen garages I what you say Colin is gospel. All I can add to your advive is ring all your all your local citroen garages for a price.They all varied from £72.77 to over £150 for the same product.The key was pretty much the same but labour charges varied. I'm a new owner of a 2001 citroen xantia. The car seems fine but it only has one key no spare key.I have been asking Citroen dealers about getting a spare key cut & it could cost up to £100!Is there any way of getting a cheaper key cut?Cheers.
