thanks for that mate. i already checked the bulb in the other one and it worked, so (in the absence of a meter!) i will try what you suggested. thanks again.

my zx 1.9d elation (n reg) failed its mot test on saturday because the full beam didnt work on the drivers side lamp. i have changed the bulb, but to no avail (i used the same bulb as in the dipped lamp) is this the right bulb to use? if not, what type do i need? if it is the right bulb, any other ideas on what i can try??? its retest is tomorrow. (i know i should have checked the full beam before i booked the retest!!!) any ideas/help would be much appreciated!!
