thanks guys, i really appreciate your comments. as i say i loved the way the hdi drove & how quiet it was, but just wanted to check with some owners first.

i'm looking to replace my current car with a diesel C5 (2003 Level 2 2.0 HDI), i've taken two for test drives and i think they're brilliant to drive, but (and this is were u guys come in) what are they like to own??? I've heard horror stories about poor build, but what is the reality??? What should i look for? My original "next car" was a Mondeo TDCI but i see them everywhere so i've discounted it, i want something a bit different-hence the C5 option. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks all.
