,it can not rev above 2thousand revs and will only rock backwards and forwards i dont want to scrap. it i need help.

i,ve now got my third ax gti, ive checked the ecu,changed the fuel perdensometer ,inlet manifold ,fly wheel,cam belt and all reading are showing up no fault PLEASE ANYONE HELP
