Mat, The plastic door strip is dependent on the spec of the vehicle. The entry level C1 Vibe has smooth doors while the Rhythm and Cool get a plastic strip - the length is dependent by the number of doors. I'm undecided about the strip so if anyone else can tell you whether the door panels are not recessed then I'll take mine off. C1-roo ;)

;) I picked my new C1 1.0 Rhythm (+ Air con) up yesterday (08/08/08). I excellent car and brilliant partner to our '03' Picasso. I'm looking forward to years of fun driving - sorry I may be sad but I've always had a fondness for small cars. Here she is... C1-Roo
