We got rid of our Pluriel after about 14 months. We didn't have many problems with it, although there were more than you expect from a new car. Unfortunately though, it was starting to show its age quite badly, after 20,000 miles. The trade-in value was appalling. It lost nearly half its value in this time, on what should have been a fairly desirable car. Citroen really ought to think about its customers, and try to protect residuals, rather than adopting a 'slash and burn' policy on discounts. I'm pretty angry with Citroen. Their marketing strategy sucks. I've been put off Citroen and all french cars by this experience (and the experience I had with a Renault (Rubbish), which literally came apart in my hands). I've gone for a Skoda Fabia vRS instead, and I'm really happy with it. Residuals look strong so far, and the Czech factory could show the French a thing or two about build quality.
