Hi Am told by the dealer that it is the main wiring harness and pins on the engine end. Any ideas? Many thanks

Hi Folks. Wonder if anyone can help. My wife's '06 C2 1.4HDI developed lots of warnings, air bags, breaks, ploution, abs, etc. Everything lighting up. Had it all checked at Franchised dealer in Warwickshire and they advise that everything is OK but 'the pins at the end of the wiring harness are corroded and the whole harness needs replacing, some harnesses you can replace the pins but on yours you can't (suprise, suprise)'. Does anyone know of a work around or an independent who could repair or replace? I will have the car transported anywhere but am not going to pay £2k + VAT to the franchised dealer. Any ideas (other than scrap it!) appreciated. Cheers
