No car is a good investment. I've owned various marques and the one that has stung me the most so far has been Mercedes. I've found that if you move around makes such as Saab and Volvo, and play them off a little as you negotiate your new car, they give you far better trade in deals than the other premium brands. I've never owned a Citroen. The C6 has really captivated me so in the end I'll probably let my heart rule my head and opt for this car.

Thanks folks. I don't yet own the C6 but it's on my short-list. Ipod compatibility is important but if I have to go via an FM Transmitter then so be it - that won't be the deciding factor. What will be, is getting past the opinions of friends and business colleagues who think I'm nuts to consider the C6 as an alternative to one of the German trio. Here in Portugal, the C6 is very expensive yet fully spec'd as an Executive model still a little under the Teutons.

Does anyone have any idea if the C6 is Ipod compatible, or do you have to use one of those FM transmitter connections ? My local dealer doesn't even know what mp3 so he can't help.
