Help required, I have a C5 VTR HDi 2.0 on a 54 plate with what I beleive to be the AFL lighting (goes round the corner before the car does). What I need to know is where can I purchase a new lamp for it and what do I ask for, and again is it easy to replace without removing the bumber. Drivers side lamp has gone. Any help would be truly greatful
-
can anybody help with the refitting of this device, I don't have a manual and am not sure whether the bumber will have to come off or not. Any help would be very much appreciated

Drove the car home from work last night and tonight, guess what? system seems to be working now - but for how long? So if it is now working, then I would have thought it would not be a broken sensor or wire. Or am I wrong?  Please get back to me with ideas

Say again in plain English please (basically, run through the process) :D

Would it be at all beneficial to disconnect the negative lead on the battery to see if it will re-set the system?
-
So, if that has happened, what do I do next about the problem?
-
Well I don't know for definate that someone has bumped the car, but there are no obvious tell tale signs
-
Checked that, all clear - in fact I went around them with very warm water (not boiling) and cleaned them to be sure
-
I haven't bumped the car myself and there are no visual bumps, bumper in perfect condition, so I wouldn't say it has had one.

On starting the car (C5 2.00 VTR) and putting into reverse gear, I get a message on screen that reads, Driver Parking Assitance Faulty, have taken to local garage and he's put his computer on but it does not give a code, it only says there is a fault. Any help would be very much appreciated

Lots of pretty colours in the drawings - Far too techy for me though. And where do you suggest that I start to look for wiring rubbing together - I can just about find the dipstick and water bottle under my bonnet. Then theres a big plastic shroud covering what I suspect to be the engine You're talking to a real numpty here you know

When I purchased the car it had done 62500 miles and it had an engine oil and filter change, since then I have only done 3000 miles. I took it to the garage today and they put it through their machine with a result of - Temporary fault, Fuel flow regulating electrovalve Current consumption too high and they quoted me a new HP Pump at £510.84 + VAT and Labour Totalling £960.07 all because the garage is in Administration and they cannot access any Warranties I think I'm bad but I'm sure there are people worse off than me.

It's a Diesel and I have only driven it 3000 miles since it had it's Oil and Filter change. I did a search on the site for de-pollution but nothing came up
-
I have a 2.0 litre C5 VTR 54 plate hatchback, have only owned it for 3 months and last week the De-Pollution warning light came on the dashboard, took it to the garage and they re-set the computer, told me to go and try it again - this week the damn light has come back on again. Has anybody got any ideas what this means  Is the car safe to drive around. Any info would be very much appreciated.

Is there anybody else out there who can help me, I've looked at the link above and my radio/cd is exactly the same as that one. I only want to know how to take it out.
-
I was hoping to include a photo of the facia but am not sure how to upload the image, the radio/cd has round buttons on either side of the cd slot not oval, and 2 holes underneath about an Inch and a half below the buttons. On removing the radio does it slide out and then disconnect the power cables, and if so does the radio have to be re-coded on reinstalling, as I have not been supplied with any sort of codes, with the XCarLink all I have to do is connect to the CD changer port - if it has one? Any further ideas?

I have a 2.0 litre HDi Hatchback 04 plate, and am contemplating installing the CITROEN USB/MP3 Interface Model V from XCarLink, but my problem is how do I get the front of the radio/cd facia off? All replies are greatly appreciated

Could somebody tell me if the under seat storage compartments are standard or extra on a 2.0 HDi VTR 2004 model Hatchback, the garage that sold me the car said that you only get 1 draw under the passenger seat :D :P

Can someone tell me what is the difference in the Torque between the 2.00 HDi Hatchback and the 2.2 HDi Hatchback :(
