xsara 19 td wont start when cold, engine turns over good but will not start, i have checked for power at heater plugs with test meter and still getting supply, fuses and relays are fine,when car is started it drives fine no smoke,just when it eventually starts i get a puff of white smoke but vanishes in seconds,does anyone know what i can do to sort this,?
