Hi All. I have a Berlingo Multispace. Great vehicle, use it for diving, etc. The other day the blower on the heater came on full speed and I could not turn it down. Difficult to hear the radio. I assumed that the rheostat or control or whatever had broken and tried to remove the plastic covers in the area to get at it and replace. According to Haynes this should have been easy. Unclip the bit of plastic that has the window control switches in it and then the bit underneath. I tried quite hard but stopped when I thought that it would break. Any advice welcome and thanks in advance. John.

Hi All. Having spent Sunday under the car changing the oil, filters, etc, tried to reset the service interval, to remove the little spanner sign. The advice is to press the reset button and hold. Turn on the ignition and then watch the display countdown from 10 to 0. Turn off the ignition and the job is supposed to be done. But it isn't!!! It's still set at 12500. What am I doing wrong please? John.
