Me too! Just got a new 5 door VTR+ 1.6 HDI egs and after 500 miles the driver's door has suddenly started rattling a bit. Yesterday when it happened I gave it a wiggle and there was a bit of play so opened and closed it again. There wasn't any door light but this stopped some of the noise for a while. I've checked for any loose bits but there aren't. Seems more to be something inside vibrating. I'll obviously bring it up at the first service check and see what happens. Shame cos I am enjoying the car apart from that.
