Thanks to everyone who made suggestions. I discovered the sensor on the gearbox at the front of the engine has a broken connector. That wriggled about .... then the car started !!! Yipee. Charlie

Fuse 8 has power and is intact. Just discovered that Fuse 15 gets power for a couple of seconds on the key turn then you can hear relays drop and it goes dead. Should have twigged this earlier because you can hear the petrol pump buzz for a couple of seconds then die. Sorry. It's a 1.1 engine the ECU is Magnetti Marelli. Thanks for any help. Charlie

Hi folks, Our C2 won't start. The engine turns over, there is plenty petrol getting to the injector but no spark. There is no voltage at the coil pack 4 way connector. I have traced this to fuse 15 on my model in the engine bay fuse box - which is intact. There is no voltage on either leg of the fuse holder. I'm thinking this is an engine management problem.... ? Are there any more simple tests I can do at home before getting it towed to a dealer ? Please tell me there is an easy answer. Thanks, Charlie
