  1. Good luck to you, I hope your leak can be rectified, my car is a 53 plate Pluriel 1.6 Sensordrive. Currently with 17,839 miles on it, the roof leaks like a sieve (this is my only gripe with the car) I have repeatedly phoned Warleys at High Wycombe and spoken with the service manager numerious times, (the last time was last week) I was told it has had all the modifications but he will speak with technical services, so far, I am still waiting for the phone call back. From new this car has been back to them many times in the past for this problem, they say they have looked at it, and thats it, it has always come back with the same problem, Our pluriel leak's excessively on the passenger seat, (If you want to upset the wife sit her in my Pluriel and wait till she gets wet underwear) we currently own 2 Citreons a C5 & the Pluriel its a shame that Citreon have let us down so badly, both with the product, but more over with the aftersales and product support. I have gone from an avid fan of Citreon to a very dissapointed one, (by the way the C5 estate also has had a few faults). I have tried to be an understanding and reasonable customer, as I am an engineer myself, I am also well aware that mechanical things do go wrong, the difference between a good company and a bad one is thier ablility and willingness to put things right when they do go wrong. I have been told: We have the wrong sort of rain: (What! I dosnt rain in France and other countries) That convertables do leak: (nothing in the sale litrature or hand book about this) I have been made to feel unreasonable that I have wanted this problem fixed. The C5 is due for replacement because of the way that we have had our problems handled we are now considering looking at Japanese cars All I have wanted is a reasonable conclusion to rectify this problem, one would have thought that after all this time they would have had a fix, if you want picture of the damage the water has done to the interior of my Pluriel please feel free to email me at martin@martinspiers.co,uk
