SQUADDIE

Hi I have a brand new cav pump to fit to a DW8 with an uncode smart solenoid, is this just fit, and will it accept the code of the ecu, or will it have to be programed by the dealer? ;) I thought being uncode it would accept the code once and that was it, if not I will change the solenoid of my old one but does anyone know better? Thanks.
