my citroen c8 diesil (2006) has an annoying whirring/clicking noise that is constant from the air fan (left hand side of the dash) it has always done it since i bought it but it is not covered on the warranty, can anyone help please ????

i have a citroen c8 diesil (2006) and the clutch pedal keeps sticking in fact sometimes nearly not coming back up at all!! i just found out that the warranty doesn't cover fixing it! so can anybody help please ?????
