Hi guys, i'm new here. My Citroen synergie 2.0 hdi 2000 model, wouldnt start the other day so had to call RAC (bless them ) He gave my fuel tank a few smacks with his hand and alas it started, that'll be your fuel pump he said it's sticking you should get it replaced asap. My question is I would like to change it my self as it is a £260 job, money I don't have. So does anyone know how to access the fuel injection pump or where it is located (I know its in the fuel tank.) My bro in law is a mechanic at vw and says you either have to lift the carpet and there should be a panel to remove ( did this but couldn't find anything) or the fuel tank will need removing to replace. Is anyone able to help me. Thanks in advance. David
