  1. Hi I have a Cactus 1,2, a very nice car :-) I happened to come across a smeg+ nav sat unit from a Peugeot 308. When i plug it into my car, the system turns on just fine and the same functions that i have in my original unit is available (i know that for the sat nav to work, i have to go by a dealer and get the system coded/activated) But, my question is regarding the "themes".. Right now, the theme is Peugeot and that just looks weird in a Citroen :-) So before i go to the dealer, does anybody know if it is possible to "install" the citroen theme on the SMEG+ unit which, as i understand it, is only used for Peugeot. There doesnt seem to be difference beween the software for SMEG and SMEG+ Or maybe someone can help me understand the difference?? Thomas
  2. Hi Yes, you´re right. it just kept on running, no matter what i did. When i got the pump out, i could actually smell my way, to what was wrong ;) The transistor has been so hot, that it is impossible to read anything on it and the transistor housing has cracked in 2. I will consider moving the ecu, as i would like to avoid, having to go to the dealer for initialising. Or maybe i will just take a chance and hope for the best. i will let you know how it works out.. Thomas
  3. Hi I now have to surrender and buy a new(2.hand) pump, as i cant read the number on the transistor at all, since it have been very very hot.. i have my eyes on one that comes from a 2002 model. Mine is a 2004 (but still 1.series) Will this pump fit/work in my car, do you think ?? They both have the same number : 963671388000... Thomas
  4. Hi Ok, i will now disconnect the command line, cross my fingers and hope that the pump still runs.. Thanks again for your answers, they have been very helpful.. Thomas
  5. Hi And thanks for the answer. I have read the post about your problem and it is slightly different from mine. As i understand it, your pump is only running when you have the ignition on ? Mine starts when i reconnect the battery and doesnt stop before i either disconnect or the fuse blows, wich takes about 5 minutes... My next step will be to disconnect the command line to the pump, and if it still runs continuosly, i believe that the pump itself is broken/has a bad connection inside ?? What do you think ? do you have any other ideas ? I have checked the groundings, the "command button" in the car and the connections on the pump and in the fusebox. Thomas
  6. Hi I´m new to this forum, but still hope for some help :) The susp. pump on my C5 wont stop running. It raises the car to the wanted postion. But then, it kind of, goes down to half power and keeps running. Even when the car is lowered it still runs. Have any of you tried that before, and if so, how did you fix it ?? Thomas
