They added the stalk and 1 switch for the clutch (to cut out the cruise control). They used the old steering shroud just cut the hole out, finally put the car on there computer to activate the cruise control John

Hi All, Just found this forum and it looks great! I did notice a few post's about fitting cruise control and thought i would post my experience (thought it would be better to start a new thread than reply to loads of different ones, hope thats ok). Phoned Citroen Lincoln asked them if it was possible and was asked for my reg number they looked it up and quoted me £90. I was a bit shocked as my local dealer in Manchester said it would cost £1000 plus :unsure: Decided to take the plunge and book it in at Lincoln, best decision i have ever made with my garage choice. Excellent service, good technical knowledge and best of all the bill did come in a touch over the £90 quoted. Hope this helps someone. John PS my car is a C5 SX 03 2ltr HDI 110bhp

Hi Robbie, This happened on my C5 early this year, i thought the same that it could be the safety cut out. I was about to take it to the main dealer but as a last ditch i disconnected the battery for 10 minutes and hey presto has happened since; touch wood :-) Hope this helps John
