I found the problem to be worn/dirty blower motor brushes, I removed the motor, dismanteled it and cleaned them up, a bit fiddly, but its the easiest blower ive ever removed!! and it sorted the problem, and that was 6 months ago, altho i will be on the look out for a s/hand replacement as a spare

Hi all, just found this site and thought y not jump in and learn or help ect ... Im on my 4th citroen, 2 BX's, 1 diesel auto, 1 1.9 petrol, td Xantia and a HDI Picasso, still got the last 2 alto the Xany just faild its mot with front brake bad hoses, well guess wot im doing at the weekend ? lol, well thats me for now i look forward to 2 sharing info TTNF :rolleyes:
