No sorry mine are not torx nuts.. Female torx sockets are six pointed in shape. I have a couple of sets. The nuts on my C3 are 12 pointed and torx sockets will not fit. I have never come accross these nuts before and am at a loss as to what type of socket will fit.

I want to replace the lower front wishbones on my 2004 C3 as the bushes are worn. Usually an easy job on most cars. I have bought the wisbones but do not recognise the type of nuts holding the bolts through the bushes into the sub frame. Bolt has a TORX head but nuts are neither torx or conventional. Could somebody let me know the type of socket I need to remove them. Thanks Bob.
